How can I contact Precise Petitions?
You can reach us through our Contact Us form on the website, or by calling us directly at (510) 258-1890 for immediate assistance.
What services do you offer for attorneys?
We specialize in drafting Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy petitions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards to save attorneys valuable time and resources. We can perform tasks upon request such as electronic filing, skeleton petitions, and more for an additional fee.
How do you ensure the accuracy of your petitions?
We meticulously review each petition for accuracy, utilizing a comprehensive checklist and adhering to the latest legal guidelines to ensure quality. Your satisfaction is guaranteed or you don’t have to pay. We just ask that you give us a chance to make it right if our work does not meet your expectations.
What is your turnaround time for drafting petitions?
Typically, we aim to complete the drafting process within 2 business days, depending on the complexity of the case and our current workload. Before we can begin drafting any bankruptcy petition, we must have all of the following pieces of information:
Fully completed Client Intake Forms (CIF) – No fields left blank
Credit Counseling Certificate(s) (CCC)
Six (6) FULL months of income paystubs or other proof of income
The most recent paystub or other proof of income (if the most recent is not include in the six (6) full months).
We request that the CIF be reviewed for missing information that needs to be collected prior to sending the case to us for drafting the bankruptcy petition. Missing information from the CIF will require additional time to collect and will affect the turnaround time for the initial draft of the petition.
The only exception to the above is the drafting of a skeletal/emergency petition that needs to be filed with the court immediately.
Can I request a consultation before using your services?
Absolutely! We offer free consultations to discuss your specific needs and how we can assist you in the bankruptcy petition process, ensuring you feel confident in our services.
